RATES AND RESERVATIONS
The hotel room rate is $127 + tax per day for conference attendees. The DEADLINE to reserve rooms at this rate is May 19, 2024. Make sure to mention to the hotel reservation specialist that you need the Mississippi disAbility MegaConference rate!
ACCESSIBLE ROOMS
Need An Accessible Room? Please contact LIFE of Mississippi at (601) 969-4009 with your hotel confirmation number and inform them that you need an accessible room. You must have completed registration with payment before you can be approved.
STIPENDS
Stipends are for hotel room only and are available on a limited basis requests must be received by May 15. You must have your hotel confirmation number, completed and submitted stipend form (mail to address on form), and completed conference registration with payment before you can be approved.
