RATES AND RESERVATIONS

The hotel room rate is $159 + tax per night for conference attendees. Make sure to mention to the hotel reservation specialist that you need the Mississippi disAbility MegaConference rate or book via our links above! 


ACCESSIBLE ROOMS

Need An Accessible Room? Call (601) 969-0601 and you will be given further instructions. You must have completed registration with payment before you can be approved. Please call with your registration confirmation before reserving a room at either hotel. We will ensure you are assigned to a hotel/room that best meets your needs.


STIPENDS

A limited number of stipends are available. No hotel stipend will be awarded if you live within 50 miles of Oxford. You must complete your registration before submitting your stipend application.​
